Chat Aid Actions is a powerful feature that automates ticket creation, scheduling, CRM updates, and more directly within Slack. Designed to streamline workflows, Chat Aid Actions let's you skip the grunt work and focus on what really matters.

How do Chat Aid Actions Work?

  • Depending on what you Chat Aid to do, you need to connect the tools to Chat Aid.

  • Say you need to create a ticket for a feature/bug in Jira or your project management tool. Connect Jira with Chat Aid

  • Once done, you can create the ticket in Jira directly from Slack

  • Use [action], (action), or <action> in Slack to activate Chat Aid Actions

    e.g.

    [action] can you create a ticket called "Chat Aid Actions"?

[action] can you create a ticket called &quot;Chat Aid Actions&quot;?

  • Scheduling: Schedule and manage meetings/events.

Use Cases

  • Create or update a ticket in Jira.
  • Schedule a meeting on Google Calendar.
  • Update contact info in Zoho CRM.

  • Pipedrive does not support the creation of opportunities.
  • ADO (Azure DevOps) does not support the updating of custom fields.
  • Calendar integrations do not support group meetings.
